Yesterday Noticeable Movers: JP Morgan to manage a portfolio of $10.5 billion while Boeing Wins an Order by Qatar Airways

The Boeing Company (NYSE:BA) witnessed the correction of 0.97 percent in its last trading session to $73.23 for the day. The traded volume stood at 5.21 million shares as compared to its average traded volume of 5.34 million shares. In its latest news the company has recently signed a $1.3 billion contract with Qatar Airways to supply five new 777 aircrafts. Boeing maintains the net profit margin of 5.15 percent while company’s return on equity stands at 135.31 percent as per its last financial statements.

General Electric Company (NYSE:GE) declined 0.97 percent to close at $20.33 with traded volume of 41.56 million shares for the day. The share price maintains the average traded volume of 61.62 million shares per day. Its market capitalization stood at $215.89 billion whereas its total outstanding common stock accumulates up to 10.62 billion as per its latest balance sheet. The share price maintains the beta value of 1.66 times which depicts that the stock is likely to move by 1.66 times against one point change in market index.

JPMorgan Chase & Co (NYSE:JPM) advanced 0.52 percent to close at $46.58 in yesterday’s trading session. Traded volume figure stood at 21.05 million shares whereas its average traded volume stands at 32.88 million shares per day.  The Bank has recently announced that it has been selected to provide custody and security services by Maine Public Employees Retirement System for a portfolio of $10.5 billion in assets. JPM’s offered services will include performance analytics, alternative assets administration, compliance monitoring, securities lending, transition management, foreign exchange and cash management.
