Standard & Poor’s 500 index gained 0.05 percent or 0.64 points to 1,316.63 while NASDAQ Composite index declined 0.29 percent or 8.13 points to settle at 2,839.08 for the day. JPMorgan Chase & Co (JPM) surged 4.61 percent in yesterday’s session to close at $34.01 with traded volume of 84.70 million shares. On average JPMorgan trades with volume figure of 42.27 million shares per day. The company maintains strong fundamental position with EPS of $4.05 per share which has increased by 13.05 percent in the current year.
Home Depot Inc (HD) advanced 1.37 percent to close at $48.26 with traded volume of 15.02 million shares for the day. The share price moved to 18.21 times of its earnings per share which stands at $2.65.
